Our assessment tools, RightPATH 4 Profile and RightPATH 6 Profile, are quick to grasp and easy to remember. They are designed to help you gain insights into behavioral profiles and the strengths and struggles typically associated with people who have similar profiles.

Interviewing and Hiring

Research shows that the cost of a bad hire varies from six months salary at lower level positions to at least 1.5 to 3 times the annual salary at higher levels. Team Building and Coaching
