purpose of this Code is to identify those professional obligations
which serve to protect the public in general and our clients in
particular.
Responsibilities
to the Client
Due Care:
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall act in the best interest of
the client, providing professional services with integrity,
objectivity, and independence.
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall not encourage unrealistic
client expectations.
Business
Development:
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall not adopt any method of
obtaining business which detracts from the professional image of
the company or its staff and directors..
Competence:
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall accept only those assignments
which the company and it's representatives has the knowledge and
skills to perform.
Informed
Client:
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall, before accepting an
assignment, reach a mutual understanding with the client as to the
assignment objectives, scope, work plan, and costs.
Fee
Arrangements:
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall establish fee arrangements with
a client in advance of any substantive work and shall inform all
relevant parties when such arrangements may impair or may be seen
to impair the objectivity or independence of Achieving Excellence
Pty Ltd representatives..
Achieving
Excellence Pty Ltd shall not enter into fee arrangements which
have the potential to compromise integrity or the quality of
services rendered.
Conflict:
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall avoid acting simultaneously for
two or more clients in potentially conflicting situations without
informing all parties in advance and securing their agreement to
the arrangement.
Achieving
Excellence Pty Ltd shall inform a client of any interest which may
impair or may be seen to impair professional judgment.
Achieving
Excellence Pty Ltd shall not take advantage of a client
relationship by encouraging, unless by way of an advertisement, an
employee of that client to consider alternate employment without
prior discussion with the client.
Confidentiality:
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall treat all client information as
confidential.
Objectivity:
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall refrain from serving a client
under terms or conditions which impair independence and Achieving
Excellence Pty Ltd shall reserve the right to withdraw from the
assignment if such becomes the case.
Responsibilities
to the Profession
Knowledge:
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall keep informed of the applicable
Code of Professional Conduct and the professions Common Body of
Knowledge.
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall strive to keep abreast of
developments in any area of the profession where specific
expertise is claimed.
Responsibilities
for Others:
Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd shall ensure that in the rare
instances where other management consultants/coaches or mentors
are carrying out work on Achieving Excellence Pty Ltd behalf they
are conversant with, and abide by this Code of Ethics.
